When given the chance to be personally creative, meaning we don’t have a client taste we are trying to match, or given vision that we have to work from, it can be an extremely freeing experience.
To work with a dream team like Victoria, from Designs By Ahn, and Kylee Yee, there really was no question of whether I would be in or out – as far as coordinating all of the moving pieces to make it happen.
Choosing to go with two brides instead of the typical bride and groom scenario was what I was most excited about. I am very much pro same-sex weddings but I unfortunately just haven’t had the opportunity to plan many, and therefore have an extremely limited amount of LGBTQ content shown on my website. This was a great opportunity to showcase my continued support for same-sex couples. I also think it’s important for everyone to feel represented no matter what – and I want everyone to know that I am here for all couples, as well as the entire dream team credited below!
